General English

I have taught all levels of English learners of ages ranging from 15 to 75 years old. In my 15 years of teaching, I have helped students from Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Switzerland, France, Germany, Spain, Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Iran, Vietnam, Indonesia, China, Taiwan, Japan, Korea, among others.

Business English

I spent 3 years teaching Business English in Brazil. While there, I helped the employees of the headquarters of Exxon Mobil improve their conversation skills for meetings, presentations and interviews, as well as their writing skills for transactional emails and reports.

Exam preparation (Cambridge English)

I have been helping students prepare for all three levels of the Cambridge English test (First, Advanced, Proficiency) since 2008. I also designed the Cambridge preparation courses for International House Vancouver where I was the head Cambridge preparation instructor for over 8 years. I also offer one-to-one classes for teachers preparing for the Cambridge Proficiency test.

English for Academic Purposes (EAP)

Over the last 6 years, I have had the opportunity to design and teach an EAP course for International House Vancouver, create my own materials and be a LEAP instructor for Langara College.
